SPIC MACAY is organising a tribute to Carnatic violinist TN Krishnan on November 15, 2020. Stalwarts of the country’s music and dance heritage will come together to pay homage at the virtual programme starting from 9 pm (IST) at the organiser’s YouTube Channel

The artistes to take part in the event include Umayalpuram Sivaraman (Mridangam), Amjad Ali Khan (Sarod), N Rajam (Violin), Padma Subramaniam (Bharatanatyam), Ajoy Chakraborty (Hindustani Vocal), Shruti Sadolikar (Hindustani Vocal), Kala Ramnath (Hindustani Violin), TM Krishna (Carnatic Vocal), Vaijayanthi Mala Bali (Bharatanatyam), Sriram Krishnan & Viji Krishnan (Carnatic Violin) and S Sowmya.
The participating speakers are Edappadi K. Palaniswami (CM of Tamil Nadu), Sachchidanand Joshi (Member Secretary, IGNCA); Kiran Seth (Founder, SPIC MACAY) and N Ravi (Publisher, The Hindu).
