In the past few articles, we have been demonstrating various adavus under Thaganam adavus. In parts 51 and 52, we discussed how to perform Thom Thatha Thatheiyyam, Tha Theyyam and Thathei theyyam adavus.  The next set of Thaganam adavus are  Tha Thai Thi Thai Thaiyam Thai Yam and Tha Thai Thai yam Thi Thi Thai Thaka Dhimi. We will see how to perform this adavus.

For the chollu “Tha”, move the body as shown in the figure from 1 to 5, and for “Thai”, move in the reverse order (from 5 to 1). For “Thi-Thai” repeat the above.

For “Thai”, move the body as shown in the figure from 6 to 9 and for “Yam” move in the reverse order (from 9 – 6). For “Thai-Yam” repeat the above.

For the chollu “Tha”, move the body as shown in the figure from 1 to 5, and for “Thai”, move in the reverse order (from 5 to 1).               

For “Thai”, move the body as shown in the figure from 6 to 9 and for “Yam” move in the reverse order (from 9 – 6).

For the chollu “Thi Thi Thai”, move the body as shown in the figure from 10 to 14 and come back to the usual position. Then for “Thaka Dhimi”, move your eyes and neck.
